How long does shipping take for boards and heavy gear?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Oversized items like snowboards and surfboards are handled by specialized carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

For safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been mounted or a technical garment has been worn outdoors, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you offer professional binding mounting for snowboards?

Yes! If you purchase both a board and bindings, we offer complimentary mounting and basic tuning. Simply include your stance preferences (regular or goofy) in the order notes at checkout.

Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Absolutely. All hardware sold at Freeride Boardshop is covered by the full manufacturer's warranty against defects. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the brand directly.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we offer free 'In-Store Pickup' at our flagship location. Select this option at checkout, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is prepped and ready for you.
